These are some basics of how I work and how I will invoice.

DESIGN PROCESS

 

Research > Brainstorm > Concept Presentation > Refine > Final Presentation

TIME

 

Time is calculated for any work / communication done for the project. Including emails, phone calls, presentation prep. , travel & being on-site.

MEETINGS

 

Start from 30min & increase by 15min increment. Meetings generally are within 30min. Billing begins when designer has arrived at the designated location. (The time when designer has arrived early is not billed.)

 

In Person Meeting Cancellation – Billed at 30min. if within 2hr notice or if designer is already traveling.
Skype Cancellation – Billed at 30min. if within 2hr notice.
Phone Cancellation – okay! no problem.

EXTRAS

 

At times, the project may require additional material for prototyping. Client will always be informed if the cost exceeds 20CAD.

 

Andrew Zo Packaging Design is an incorporated company. GST will be collected for services and PST for physical goods (if applicable).

PAYMENT

 

Down payment required prior to design and invoiced every month if project extends.

Full payment required after file hand-off.

 

Payable to Andrew Zo Packaging Design Corp.
